Mike, for the first time in a long time I think I agree with your predictions - the Cubs will make the playoffs and the Sox won’t. Although for your sake I hope the Sox have a better year than the last two. Can’t wait for the Crosstown Classic !!
Thanks David! I call them as I see them and the Cubs will go to the playoff this year. The Sox will be better and could be a surprise team, perhaps a run at the playoff next year. I always enjoy the Cross-Town Classic, but I'm still not a huge fan of inter-league play. FRM!!!
I agree, he keeps adding more and more inter-league games each year. I fear that Manfred is weening out National/American leagues and one day there will just be 30 teams all shooting for the same playoff. FRM !!!
It sure seems like it. I know he'd loved to re-align divisions to get more of the local rivalries enhanced. Mix up the leagues completely, which I feel would be a huge mistake. Can't wait until he's gone. FRM !!!
